摘要
分析了杂物箱外盖的特征及动模型芯的结构特点,合理拟定了型芯的加工路线,采用通用夹具装夹工件,利用PowerMill强大的编程功能,高效编制了动模型芯的加工程序,并对编制的程序进行校验。经校验,杂物箱外盖动模型芯的加工工艺合理。
The features of a glove box cover and the structural characteristics of core in the moving haft of die were analyzed. The processing route of the core was drawn up rea- sonably. It used the general fixture to clamp the workpiece, and adopted PowerMill pro- gramming function to efficiently assemble the processing program of the core in the mov- ing haft of die. The program was verified, and showed that the processing technology of the core in the moving haft of die for automobile glove box cover was reasonable.
