吸气管嘴是一种带台阶圆形弯管状长薄壁注塑件。经过对吸气管嘴形体分析和注塑模结构方案可行性分析,注塑模采用了中模型芯和动模型芯所组成的型腔来成型吸气管嘴的外形;采用了液压油缸抽芯机构抽取φ10.5+_0^(0.70)mm×80mm孔的型芯;采用了弯销滑块抽芯机构抽取φ10.5+_0^(0.70)mm×13.5mm孔的型芯。这些措施的实施使得注塑模结构更紧凑和合理,加工的吸气管嘴质量优良。
Suction nozzle is a kind of thin wall injection molded parts with stepped round tubular. Through the analysis of the suction nozzle form and the feasibility analysis of injection mould structure scheme, the injection mould uses the cavity consisting of mould core and dynamic mould core to form the shape of the suction nozzle; the hydraulic oil cylinder core-pulling mechanism is adopted to extract the core of Ф10.5+ 0.70 mm × 80 mm hole; The pin bending slide block core-pulling mechanism is used to extract the core of Ф 10.5+ 0.70 mm × 13.5 mm hole. The implementation of these measures make the injection mould structure very compact and reasonable, and the processing of the suction mouth good quality.
