摘要
为了改善奥氏体-马氏体(A-M)型双相不锈钢冷拔细丝工艺中的润滑性能,减少冷拔机和器件的磨损,提高奥氏体-马氏体(A-M)型双相不锈钢表面的光洁度,研制了一种奥氏体-马氏体(A-M)型双相不锈钢冷拔细丝工艺专用润滑剂。通过采用L-AN22#全损耗系统用油作为基础油,并选择了合适的极压剂、抗磨剂、抗氧剂及摩擦改进剂等功能添加剂,经调和后得到研制润滑剂。经各项理化性能测试和冷拔模拟试验可知,研制润滑剂能满足奥氏体-马氏体(A-M)型双相不锈钢在冷拔细丝过程中对加工质量的的要求。冷拔后细丝表面光泽度较高,研制油在油膜承载能力、退火清净性等各方面优于参比油,可达到预期效果。
In order to improve the lubrication performance of austenitic-martensitic(A-M) duplex stainless steel,reduce the wear of colddrawing machine and dies in the cold-drawing process of fine wire and improve the surface roughness of fine wire,a special lubricant was developed. Then,taking the L-AN22# lubricating oils for total loss system as the base oil,the developed lubricant was prepared by blending with appropriate functional additives such as extreme pressure agent,anti-wear agent,antioxidant and friction modifier. The physical and chemical properties and cold-drawing simulation tests show that the developed lubricant meets the quality requirement in the colddrawing process of fine wire for the austenitic-martensitic duplex stainless steel well. After cold-drawing,the surface roughness of the fine wire is relatively high,and the developed oil is superior to the reference oil in terms of oil film carrying capacity and annealing detergency,which achieves the desired results.
