摘要
采用溶剂萃取和柱层析的分离方法,使用红外光谱、质谱等现代仪器分析技术,对高档润滑脂中常用极压抗磨剂—胶体硼酸盐的组成和结构进行了较为详尽的分析和研究,不同产品结构不尽相同。其中,样品中有分散剂直接分散的硼酸盐,也有表面修饰剂修饰的硼酸盐,这导致添加剂在润滑油脂中的极压抗磨性能存在一定地区别。
Using solvent extraction and column chromatography as a separation method,and using infrared spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and other modern instruments as an analysis technique,the composition and the structure of usual extreme pressure anti-wear agent used in high-grade lubricating grease-the colloid borate were analyzed and studied in detail,different product structure is not the same,among these samples,there are dispersed borate agent directly scattered,surfactant modified borate.This leads to additive in lubricating oil extreme pressure and anti-wear performance exist certain difference
