新型水基润滑添加剂摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用四球试验机和摩擦磨损试验机对自行合成的三种水基润滑添加剂的摩擦磨损性能进行了对比试验研究。试验结果表明,由含氮硼酸脂与羧酸脂合成的复合脂的减摩抗磨性能明显优于含氮硼酸酯或羧酸脂的性能,是一种性能优良的水基润滑添加剂。该复合脂作为润滑添加剂应用于水基合成切削液,能使切削液的润滑性能得到明显提高。 Three water soluble lubricating additives were synthesized recently. The friction and wear properties of the compounds as water soluble lubricating additives were evaluated with a four-ball machine and a friction and wear tester. The results were compared. It was found that the compound ester which was compriSed of the N-containing organic borates and carboxylic ester are much effective in friction reduction and antiwear properties. than the N -containing organic borates or carboxylic ester. It is a water soluble lubricating additive that does have better properties. When the campound ester as a lubricating additive is added to water soluble synthesy cutting fluid the lubricating property of the cutting fluid, can be improved.
