摘要
对比进口润滑液产品,研究一种性能优良的子午线轮胎帘线钢丝用润滑液,优化其配方组成,测试其主要理化性能。润滑液的主要化学成分为油酸、三乙醇胺、甘油和苯并三氮唑等。采用四球机对润滑液的摩擦磨损性能进行试验,结果表明:在25℃和载荷为392 N的30 min磨损试验中,用质量分数为10%的实验室制润滑液和质量分数为10%的进口润滑液进行对比,实验室制润滑液最大无卡咬负荷为921.3 N,磨斑直径为0.39 mm,摩擦因数为0.049 5,该结果优于进口润滑液。乳液稳定性和腐蚀性试验结果表明,实验室制润滑液稳定,抗腐蚀和消泡性能好。
To compare with imported drawing lubricant,a new type drawing lubricant for steel cord of radial tyre was researched. The formula of this drawing lubricant was optimized,and the main physical and chemical properties were tested.This drawing lubricant was composed of oleic acid,triethanolamine,glycerinum,BTA,and so on. Four-ball machine tested the friction and wear performance of the lubricant. The result showed that in wearing test of 25 ℃ and load 392 N 30 minutes,to compare by adopting mass friction 10% laboratory made drawing lubricant and mass friction 10% imported drawing lubricant,the maximum nonseizure load was 921. 3 N,wear scar diameter was 0. 39 mm,and friction coefficient was0. 049 5 of laboratory made drawing lubricant,the result was superior to the imported lubricant. The test result of emulsion stability and corrosion performance show that the emulsion is stable,corrosion resistance and defoaming property are good.
