摘要
滑枕作为龙门加工中心的重要部件.其静态特性对机床的加工精度和加工稳定性具有重要影响。采用理论分析与有限元仿真相结合的方法.分析不同行程时硬轨式滑枕在不同方向铣削力作用下的静态特性,为大功率切削机床滑枕组件的设计、优化及实际加工中的操作提供指导。
As the important part of the gantry machining center, ram's static characteristics have an important influence on the machining accuracy and machining stability of the machine tool. By combining theoretical analysis and finite element simulation, the static characteristics of hard-rail ram under different milling forces at different strokes are analyzed, which provide guidance for the design, optimization and practical operation of ram components.
