摘要
目的调查四川省眉山市东坡区敬老院五保老人能力分级及慢性疾病状况,为解决五保老人的养老问题、完善其慢性疾病卫生服务体系提供参考。方法于2017年5月纳入来自四川省眉山市东坡区21家敬老院的、年龄≥60岁的所有五保老人共558名,采用民政部颁发的《老年人能力评估标准》,由专业医护人员通过现场调查收集其疾病、生活习惯及功能分级资料。结果东坡区五保老人年龄主要集中在60~79岁,共462例(82. 79%)。慢性病患病率为80. 47%,排名前三的分别为高血压238例(42. 65%)、慢性支气管炎73例(13. 08%)、骨关节病变65例(11. 64%)。同时患两种慢性疾病的老人所占比例最高(34. 94%)。86. 92%的老人存在不同程度失能,以轻度失能为主,391例(70. 08%)。另外还存在较多不良生活习惯,包括吸烟421例(75. 44%)、酗酒89例(15. 94%)和高盐饮食425例(76. 16%)。60. 58%老人不锻炼身体。结论五保老人的年龄多为60~79岁;易患高血压、慢性支气管炎以及骨关节病等慢性疾病,同时患两种慢性疾病的老人较多(195例,30. 94%);轻度失能者较多。
Objective To investigate the ability classification and chronic disease status of the five-guarantee elderly people who lived in the gerocomium in the Dongpo District of Meishan City,Sichuan Province,and to provide references for solving the pension problems of five-guarantee elderly people and improving the health service system of chronic disease. Methods Total 558 five-guarantee elderly people who were equal or greater than 60 years old and were from the 21 nursing homes in Dongpo District,Meishan City,Sichuan Province were included the study in May 2017. By the Evaluation Standards for Senior Citizens which was issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs Ministry,the specialized medical staff used the on-site questionnaire to collect their disease information,living habits and evaluate functional grading. Results The age of the five-guarantee elderly people in Dongpo District was mainly from 60 to 79 years old,462 cases（82. 79%）. The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 80. 47%,while,the top three diseases were hypertension,238 cases（ 42. 65%）,chronic bronchitis,73 cases（ 13. 08%） and osteoarthropathy,65 cases（11. 64%）. The proportion of elderly people with two chronic diseases was highest（34. 94%）. 86. 92% of the elderly people had different degrees of disability,and most of them were mild disability（391 cases,70. 08%）. In addition,they also had more bad habits,which including smoking,421 cases（75. 44%）,alcoholism,89 cases（15. 94%）,high-salt diet,425 cases（76. 16%）and refusing physical exercise（60. 58%）. Conclusion The age of the five-guarantee elderly people are mainly about 60 ~ 79 years old,they are easier to get chronic diseases,such as hypertension,chronic bronchitis and osteoarthropathy. And the proportion of elderly people with mild disability and gets two kinds of chronic disease in the same are higher than others.
