摘要
目的:观察克淋通胶囊在上尿路结石术后抗感染的效果,明确其抗感染的有效性及安全性。方法:回顾分析980例上尿路结石术后患者资料,其中PCNL、URL、f-URL及ESWL分别为300例、220例、100例及360例,将每种治疗方法术后均分为克淋通胶囊组及热淋清组(对照组),治疗2周为一疗程。结果:入组患者共980例,有效完成956例,克淋通胶囊组480例,热淋清组(对照组) 476例。疗效显示克淋通与热淋清的痊愈率分别为26. 7%和16. 7%;总有效率分别为64. 0%和54. 2%,分别具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:克淋通胶囊可用于治疗上尿路结石术后感染,效果肯定、安全。
Objective： To observe the anti-infective effect of Ke Lintong capsule in upper urinary tract calculus after lithotripsy,and to determine the effectiveness and safety of Ke Lintong Capsule for anti-infective treatment in upper urinary tract calculi that has undergone lithotripsy. Methods： 300 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy（ PCNL）,220 cases of ureteroscopic lithotripsy（ URL）,100 cases flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy（ f-URL） and360 cases extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ ESWL） in the upper urinary tract stones patients were retrospectively analyzed,each treatment method was divided into Ke Lintong capsule group（ Experiment group） and Re Linqing group（ control group）,were given oral medication for 2 weeks. Results： A total of 980 patients were enrolled,956 cases were successfully performed,480 cases were treated with Ke Lintong capsule group and 476 cases in Re Linqing group. The total effective rate was 64. 0% and 54. 2%,respectively,and the cure rate of experimental group and control group was 26. 7% and 16. 7%,respectively. There was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） of total effective rate and cure rate between the two groups. Conclusions： Using Ke Lintong capsule for anti-infective treatment in upper urinary tract calculi that has undergone lithotripsy was the effective and safety.
