摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性泌尿系感染的疗效。方法:将120例入选患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例。对照组予敏感抗生素,连续治疗2周;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服三土萆薢渗湿汤。结果:治疗组60例,近期治愈30例,显效16例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为96.67%。对照组60例,近期治愈18例,显效15例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率为80.00%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性泌尿系感染疗效较好,值得临床应用。
Objective： To observe efficacy of the integrative medicine on urinary infection. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 60 cases in each. The control group had been given antibiotic for 2 weeks. The treatment group was given the Santu Bixie Shenshi decoction more. Results： 60 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases were cured; 16 cases were significantly effective; 12 cases were effective; 2 cases were invalid. The total efficiency was 96.67%. In the control group, 18 cases were cured; 15 cases were significantly effective; 15 cases were effective; 12 cases were invalid. The total efficiency was 80.00%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on urinary infection shows a significant effect, and is worthy of promotion.
