摘要
党的十九大提出建设现代化经济体系,其重点在于构建现代化产业体系,以创新驱动经济发展;正确处理政府与市场关系,不断完善社会主义市场经济体制。供给侧结构性改革与现代化经济体系在背景、路径方面具有内在一致性。因此,须以供给侧结构性改革为主线,深入推进"三去一降一补",实施积极有效的产业政策,加强制度创新,提供有效制度供给。以构建现代化经济体系,实现供需动态平衡,不断满足人民对美好生活的需要。
The party has put forward the construction of a modern economic system, which focuses on the construction of modern indus- trial system to drive the economic development with innovation; properly handling the relationship between government and market, and constantly improving the socialist market economy. Supply-side strnctural reform has internal consistency with modernization economic system in both background and path. Therefore, it is necessary to take the supply-side structural reform as the main line, push forward the ＂three to one health and a supplement＂, implement the active and effective industrial policies, strengthen institutional innovation and provide effective institutional supply. In order to build a modern economic system, we can realize the dynamic balance between supply and demand and continuously meet the people＇ s needs for a better life.
