摘要
通过问卷调查和心理测量,对某高校176名民航飞行学员进行技能评定与心理指标测评,探讨提高中国民航飞行学员技能绩效的心理能力构成因素及评价指标。结果显示:民航飞行学员心理结构特征包括心境状态、训练情境动机、心理自我调节能力、意志品质和焦虑敏感性等;合理的心理结构可有效提高民航飞行学员的技能绩效;心境状态、训练情境动机、自我调节能力、意志品质指标与飞行训练技能绩效(滚轮)呈显著性相关。
Objective:To explore the mental ability factors as well as the assessment criteria which could improve the skill performance in Chinese civil aviation cadets. Methods: Multiple psychological indexes and a skill performance of three grades of 176 civil aviation cadets were assessed by questionnaires and psychology measurement. Results: The mental ability indexes of civil aviation cadets consisted of mood state, motivation training situation, psychological self-regulation capacity, volitional quality and anxiety sensitivity. Besides, the reasonable psychological structure of civil aviation cadets could effectively improve their skill performance. The results also shows a significant correlation between training skill performance and mood states, motivation training situation, psychological self-regulation capacity and volitional quality.
