摘要
根据新时代国家对高校社会服务的新要求、新技术给高校社会服务赋予的新内涵,结合当前高校社会服务发展的新态势,构建了高校社会服务能力综合评价指标体系,包含6个一级指标:顶层设计、教学服务、科研服务、文化服务、设施服务及志愿服务,并进一步细分25个二级指标,详细介绍了二级指标的评价内容。该指标体系不仅有助于强化高校社会服务职能和评价高校社会服务绩效,也有助于丰富教育大数据。
According to the new requirements of the state for the social service of colleges and universities in the new era and the new connotation endowed by the new technology to the social service of colleges and universities, combined with the new situation of the development of the social service of colleges and universities, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the social service ability of colleges and universities is constructed, which includes six first-level indexes： top-level design, teaching service, scientific research service, cultural service, facilities service and voluntary service. Besides, it further subdivides 25 secondary indicators with a detailed description of the evaluation of secondary indicators. The index system not only helps to strengthen the social service function of colleges and universities, but also helps to evaluate the social service performance of colleges and universities, and also helps to enrich the education data.
