社会组织吸纳残障人士就业的意愿及其影响因素研究:以上海市为例

摘要 社会组织的快速发展对探索残障人士就业新途径提供了新的可能,但深入了解社会组织吸纳残障人士就业的意愿及其影响因素是其重要前提。基于上海的研究发现,社会组织吸纳残障人士就业的意愿总体不高,这既受到社会组织自身发展因素制约,也受到外部环境因素影响,需要政府、社会、社会组织和残障人士共同努力,从激励、宣传和岗位开发等方面进一步完善社会组织吸纳残障人士就业政策。 The fast development of social organizations provides new chance of employment for the disabled, and understanding the intention of social organizations for the recruitment of the disabled lays the foundation for this new ways of employment. A ease study in Shanghai, China, finds that most social organizations are not so willing to hire the disabled, as a result of constraints from both low level of development of social organizations and lack of disabilityfriendly environment and ideas in the social organizations. It is argued that the government, social organizations and the disabled should work together to enhance the willingness to the disabled by social organizations through establishment of sound meehanism, wide dissemination of right ideas for disability and employment policies for those disabled, as well as creating of new jobs for the disabled in social organizations.
