摘要
残疾人就业是保障残疾人平等参与社会生活、共创共享社会物质文化成果的基础。本文回顾了以劳动福利型为基本特征的残疾人就业发展历程,分析了当前残疾人就业的发展特点和存在的主要问题,即:与社会总体就业水平有较大差距,稳定性差,残疾人整体素质和就业能力亟待提高和促进残疾人就业的环境仍亟待改善,并提出了推进残疾人"劳动保障型"就业的思路和建议。
Employment of the disabled is the basis to secure their equal participation in social life and share material and cultural fruits in the society.This paper reviewed the development process of employment of the disabled with the characteristics of labor welfare.Also it analyzed its current development features and major problems:relatively large gap between social total employment,weak job stability,relatively weak general quality and capacity of the disabled and employment environment.Also,it raised ideas and suggestions to promote employment of the disabled with the characteristics of labor welfare.
