摘要
以乙醇作提取剂,恒温水浴震荡器为辅助仪器,利用单因素试验及正交试验确定花色苷的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:当乙醇含量为80%、料液比为1∶70、温度为60℃、提取时间为60min时,杨梅叶中的花色苷的提取率最高。
We used ethanol as extraction agent, and constant temperature bath oscillator as auxiliary equipment, and determined the optimum extraction process of anthoeyanin by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results indicated that the anthoeyanin extraction from leaves of waxberry had the highest extracting ratio when the content of ethanol was 80% , solid-liquid ratio was 1:70, the temperature was 60 degrees celsius, and the extraction time was 60 min.
