摘要
我国糖化血红蛋白室间质量评价工作已经开展约20年，参加实验室的整体检测质量水平显著提升。我国已建立了完整的糖化血红蛋白参考系统。标准化工作第一阶段的平台搭建和基础建设基本完成。下一阶段工作重心会转向全面推进中国糖化血红蛋白检测标准化，也将面临新的问题和挑战。
The national external quality assessment （EQA）programs for hemoglobin A1c （HbA1c）measurements in China have been carried out for about 20 years, and the performances of HbA1c testing in the participating laboratories has been significantly improved. The entire reference system for HbA1c has been established in China. The first stage in the infrastructure and platform setup for the standardization is substantially completed. In the next step, the focuses of our work will transfer to fully application of the standardization of HbA1c measurements in China although still many challenges.
