摘要
目的探讨基于不同权重自适应统计迭代重建(ASIR)技术及双低CT扫描技术获取原始数据行肺静脉3D建模打印优化的可行性。方法搜集拟行肺静脉3D建模打印的患者20例,首先行双低条件下(100 kVp,270 mg I/ml碘克沙醇对比剂)及不同权重迭代算法(ASIR重建:0%、30%、60%、90%、100%)行肺静脉CT成像,扫描完成后将肺静脉CT DICOM数据传至3D打印机,行肺静脉3D建模打印;对双低条件下采用不同权重ASIR技术行肺静脉3D建模打印结果进行主、客观分析。结果相对于滤波反投影(FBP)重建算法(0%ASIR),采用30%、60%、90%、100%ASIR技术获取肺静脉CT DICOM数据图像噪声(SD)分别降低26. 1%、44. 2%、57. 6%、68. 9%(P 〈0. 05);信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)分别提高约23. 2%、42. 2%、56. 2%、67. 8%及30. 9%、47. 4%、60. 5%、70. 4%(P 〈0. 05)。行0%、30%、60%、90%、100%ASIR技术完成的肺静脉3D建模打印主观评分分别为1. 5、1. 9、2. 5、3. 9及4. 5分(P 〈0. 05)。且权重设置在100%ASIR的肺静脉3D建模打印具有最高主观评分。结论基于不同权重迭代算法及双低CT扫描技术获取原始数据行肺静脉3D建模打印,迭代权重设置在100%ASIR时,肺静脉3D建模打印质量最佳,同时显著降低了患者所受的辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the feasibility of 3 D modeling and printing optimization of pulmonary veins based on Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction and double low CT scanning techniques. Methods Twenty patients with pulmonary vein 3 D modeling and printing from March 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled in our hospital. First,under double low conditions( 100 k Vp,270 mg I/ml iodixanol contrast agent) and different Weighted iterative algorithm( ASIR reconstruction:0%,30%,60%,90%,100%) pulmonary vein CT imaging,after the completion of the scan,the pulmonary vein CT DICOM data was transmitted to the 3 D printer for pulmonary vein 3 D modeling and printing; Subjective and objective analysis was performed using the different weight ASIR technique for pulmonary vein 3 D modeling. Results Compared with the filtered back projection( FBP) reconstruction algorithm( 0% ASIR),the image noise( SD) of pulmonary vein CT DICOM data was reduced by 26. 1%,44. 2%,57. 6 using 30%,60%,90%,and 100% ASIR techniques,respectively. %,68. 9%( P〈0. 05); signal-to-noise ratio( SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio( CNR) increased by approximately 23. 2%,42. 2%,56. 2%,67. 8%,and 30. 9%,47. 4%,60. 5%,and 70. 4%,respectively. P〈0. 05). The subjective scores of pulmonary vein 3 D modeling prints performed by 0%,30%,60%,90%,and 100% ASIR techniques were 1. 5,1. 9,2. 5,3. 9,and4. 5,respectively( P〈0. 05). And the pulmonary vein 3 D modeling print with weights set at 100% ASIR has the highest subjective score. Conclusion Based on different weight iterative algorithm and double low CT scanning technique,the original data was obtained by 3 D modeling and printing of pulmonary veins. When the iterative weight was set at 100% ASIR,the quality of pulmonary vein 3 D modeling was the best,and the radiation of patients was significantly reduced.
