摘要
目的研究陪护人员心理、行为对癌症化疗患者心理状况及治疗依从性的影响。方法将124例癌症化疗患者按照入院治疗先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上对陪护人员实施心理、行为干预。比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁情况、心理状况及治疗依从性。结果出院时,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);出院时,观察组SCL-90各项指标评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总依从率为98.39%,明显高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05)。结论对陪护人员实施心理、行为干预,可有效改善癌症化疗患者的不良情绪,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To study the influence of psychological and behavioral intervention for caregivers on psychologicalstatus and treatment compliance of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 124 cancer patientsundergoing chemotherapy were divided into observation group and control group according to the time sequence ofadmission treatment, with 62 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the caregivers in the observation group were given psychological and behavioral intervention on the basis of thecontrol group. The anxiety, depression, psychological state and treatment compliance of patients in the two groups werecompared. Results At discharge, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and those in the observation groupwere lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. At discharge, the scores of SCL-90 indexes of the observation group were lowerthan those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was98.39%, which was significantly higher than 83.87% of patients in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychologicaland behavioral intervention for caregivers can effectively improve the negative emotions and treatment compliance of cancerpatients undergoing chemotherapy.
