摘要
癌症患者主要照顾者生活质量的影响因素分为主要照顾者自身因素和患者因素两个方面,主要照顾者自身因素包括人口学因素、精神心理因素和社会因素,患者因素包括患者疾病相关因素、患者心理精神状况、知情情况和与照顾者的关系等,研究这些因素为针对性的采取措施以提高癌症患者主要照顾者的生活质量提供了参考依据。
This article divides the influence factors of cancer patients primary caregivers′quality of life into factors due to primary care-givers themselves and factors due to patients.The primary caregivers factors include demographic factors,mental psychological factors and social factors.Patients factors include disease-related factors,mental state of patient,awareness of the disease,and relationship with caregivers.The purpose of this article is to provide reference for taking effective measures to improve the quality of life of cancer patients primary caregivers.
