摘要
健康中国建设需要大批健康服务与管理专业人才。当前,健康管理人才培养存在专业定位模糊、课程设置不合理、实训室建设滞后、职业资格准入门槛较低等共性问题。文章通过对国内外健康管理人才培养的比较分析,积极探索国内高校健康服务与管理人才培养路径:明确人才培养目标及专业定位、优化课程体系设计、加强实训室建设以及完善健康管理师培养。
Buildingahealthy China needs many talents in the area of health service and management. At present,there are some common problems,such as specialty positioning ambiguity,the unscientific curriculum,lagging training room building,and low occupationalqualificationaccessthreshold. By comparativelyanalyzingthepersonnel cultivation of health service and management home and aboard,we put forward the path ofpersonnel cultivation： making clear talent training target and specialty orientation,optimizing the design ofcoursesystem,strengthening the training room construction and improving the training of health managers.
