摘要
设计和制备了马氏体不锈钢1Cr12Ni2W1Mo1V气保护药芯焊丝。结果表明:本次选用低碳钢钢带取代不锈钢作为焊丝外皮,能够避免加工硬化并解决焊接时不锈钢焊丝送丝卡丝、断丝的情况,其设计成分与母材组织匹配,具有良好的工艺性能和力学性能。同时自主研发药芯焊丝具有飞溅小及成形性美观等特点,并且其抗拉强度达到900 MPa左右、屈服强度达到772 MPa、冲击吸收能量达到65.7 J。焊缝接头组织由板条马氏体、回火索氏体、少量析出碳化物和残留奥氏体组成,焊缝比母材有更强耐腐蚀性能。
The gas shielded flux cored wire for 1 Cr12 Ni2 W1 Mo1 V martensitic stainless steel was designed and prepared. The results show that the use of low-carbon steel strip instead of stainless steel as the coating of welding wire can avoid working hardening and solve the situation of wire feeding and wire breaking of stainless steel wire during welding. The design composition matches the structure of base metal, it has good technological and mechanical properties. The flux-cored wire has the characteristics of small splash and beautiful formability, and its tensile strength is about 900 MPa, the yield strength is 772 MPa, and the impact absorption energy is 65.7 J. The microstructure of the weld joint is composed of lath martensite, tempered sorbite, a small amount of precipitated carbides and retained austenite, and the weld seam has better corrosion resistance than the base metal.
