摘要
通过疲劳试验研究1Cr12Ni2W1Mo1V马氏体不锈钢的疲劳性能和裂纹扩展,并对断口形貌进行扫描分析。结果表明:1Cr12Ni2W1Mo1V钢疲劳强度为518 MPa,疲劳裂纹门槛值ΔKth为3.619 8 MPa·m1/2,符合奥金格公式;断口处分布大量的韧窝和撕裂棱,表现为脆性断裂特征,但是在瞬断区可见撕裂棱,表现为韧性断裂特征。
Fatigue properties and crack propagation of 1 Cr12 Ni2 W1 Mo1 V martensitic stainless steel were studied by fatigue test,and the fracture morphology was analyzed by using SEM. The results show that the fatigue strength of 1 Cr12 Ni2 W1 Mo1 V steel is518 MPa,according with Oding formula. Threshold value of fatigue crack ΔKthvalue is 3.619 8 MPa·m1/2. A large number of dimples and tearing edges are distributed in the fracture surface,which is characterized by brittle fracture,but the tearing edge can be seen in the transient zone,which is characterized by ductile fracture.
