摘要
目的探讨急性痛风性关节炎患者应用痛风气雾剂和得宝松治疗的用药护理。方法选择2014年6月至2016年12月北京协和医院和云南省中医医院接诊的急性痛风性关节炎患者98例,随机分成观察组和对照组各49例,2组患者均予关节内注射得宝和口服秋水仙碱,观察组患者加痛风气雾剂外用,观察对比2组疗效、疼痛缓解程度,在分析疗效基础上探究合理的用药护理方法。结果 2组在药物治疗的同时,采取了积极有效的护理措施,观察组患者的疼痛程度显著低于对照组,观察组的肿痛消失时间2.6 d明显比对照组3.8 d缩短,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(Z=-1.995,P=0.046)。患者的治疗满意度达到97.96%(96/98)。结论药物治疗急性痛风性关节炎需要合理的用药护理和指导,痛风气雾剂是治疗痛风关节炎的有效辅助药物。
Objective To explore the nursing care of gout aerosol and apricot treating acute gouty arthritis.Methods 98 patients with acute gouty arthritis who were admitted to Peking Union Medical College Hospital andYunnan Provincial Hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group （n = 49） . Both groups were given intra-articular injection Pao and oral colchicine,observationgroup of patients with gout air aerosol topical,observed and compared the two groups of efficacy,pain relief,basedon the analysis of the efficacy of a reasonable aProach to drug care.Results In the two groups,the patients weretreated with positive and effective nursing measures. The pain degree of the observation group was significantly lowerthan that of the control group. The disaPearance time of the swelling and pain in the observation group was shorterthan that in the control group at 3.8 days（Z = -1.995, P= 0.046） . The patient＇s satisfaction was 97.96%（96/98） .Conclusion Drug treatment of acute gouty arthritis needs a reasonable medication care and guidance,gout aerosol is an effective adjuvant drug for the treatment of gouty arthritis.
