摘要
"大智移云"对全球经济产生巨大的影响,也进一步影响会计行业的发展趋势,财务会计人才需要向管理型会计实现转型,如何培养并为社会输送适应时代发展的管理型会计人才是目前财经类院校面临的时代任务。本文以HS学院中小企业管理型财会人才培养模式创新实验区首届(2017届)毕业生的就业现状为研究重点,从专业技能、综合素质、择业观、创新创业观念等方面进行总结分析,对存在的问题针对性地提出了改善建议,为创新实验区的后续建设提供依据,同时给具有同类培养目标的院校提供借鉴。
＂Great wisdom moves cloud＂ has great influence on the global economy and further influences the development trend of the accounting industry. Financial accounting talents need to transform to management accounting. How to cultivate and transfer management accounting talents that adapt to the development of the times for the society is the task financial and economic colleges are facing at present. Taking the employment status of the first （2017） graduates in the innovative experimental area of the management mode of finance and accounting personnel training in small and medium - sized enterprises of HS College as the research focus, this paper summarizes and analyzes the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship from the perspective of professional skills, comprehensive quality, views on employment, ideas on innovation and entrepreneurship, puts forward some suggestions accordingly to improve the existing problems, provides a basis for the subsequent construction of the innovative experimental area, and provides references for similar colleges and universities with the same cultivation goal at the same time.
