摘要 心肌梗死严重危害人类健康,而干细胞来源的外泌体作为新近发现的细胞间信号传递的介导者用于心肌梗死的治疗已初见成效。越来越多的证据表明,干细胞源性外泌体所发挥的心脏保护作用与其携带的miRNAs密切相关。现对外泌体生物学特性及干细胞源性外泌体miRNAs治疗心肌梗死的研究现状进行综述,并对外泌体研究领域的发展方向作一展望。 Myocardial infarction is considered as a deadly threat to human being.The stem cell-derived exosomes,as a mediator of intercellular communication,have been applied in the treatment for myocardial infarction recently.Accumulating evidence demonstrates that the cardio-protective effects of stem cell-derived exosomes are closely related to the microRNAs.This paper mainly reviews the current progress on biological characteristics of exosomes and summarizes the recent advance of stem cell-derived exosomal miRNAs for the treatment of myocardial infarction.In addition,the perspective is given with regard to the development direction of exosomes in the future.
