摘要
测风数据的有效性、合理性分析是风能资源评估中数据验证工作的重要环节。现行的风能资源评估规程规范基本均是基于平原风电场的研究而确定。各测验参数中,风速是风能资源好坏的最直接体现。通过选取一批代表测风塔,统计分析各测风塔风速的平均值、实测范围(最大、最小值)、各层间变化、小时变化情况等,提出对风速的基本认识,将统计分析成果与现行规程规范的检验标准进行对比,提出适合高海拔山区风电场的测风塔风速有效性、合理性分析判别标准。
The analysis of effectiveness and rationality of the wind speed data is an important link of the data verification in evaluation of the wind energy resources. The current code and specifications for evaluation of wind energy resources were all basically formulated based on the study of the wind farms located in a plain region. The wind speed is the best direct expression for determining whether or not the wind energy resources are desirable among the measured parameters. The paper put forward the basic understanding of wind speed by selecting a number of typical wind towers and conducting statistical analysis of the average value of the wind speed of each tower, the measured range(maximum value and minimum value) and taking into account both interlayer change and hourly change of wind. Then the standard for judgement of analysis of effectiveness and rationality of the wind towers which are suitable for the wind farms in high altitude mountainous regions was proposed by comparison made between the statistical analysis results and the current code and specifications.
