摘要
文章采用Malmquist指数方法对2006—2016年广东省海水养殖的全要素生产率进行测算,并分别与全国和沿海地区进行对比分析,灵活使用面板数据和横截面数据。经实证分析结果表明:2006—2016年广东省海水养殖的全要素生产率随技术进步率的变化而变化,属于技术诱导型增长;技术进步率相对沿海地区较低超过全国平均水平;全要素增长率呈上升趋势,发展前景较为乐观。为提高广东省海水养殖效率,提出重视海水养殖业发展,加大科技投入;科学规划,合理发展海水养殖业;延伸产业链条,扩大海水养殖业产出等建议。
The Malmquist index method was used to measure the total factor productivity of marine aquaculture in Guangdong province from 2006 to 2016, and compared with the national and coastal areas respectively, by using panel data and cross sectional data flexibly.The empirical analysis showed that the total factor productivity of marine aquaculture in Guangdong province changed with the progress of technology in 2006 2016,which was atechnology induced growth; the rate of technological progress was lower than the national average in coastal areas; it was on an upward trend and its development ciency of marine aquaculture in Guan Dr gd ospects were more optimistic.In order to improve the elf ong Province,it was proposed to attach importance to the development of marine aquaculture,increase investment in science and technology,scientific plan ning,rational development of marine aquaculture, extension of industrial chain, and expansion ofmarine aquaculture output.
