摘要 为了方便电梯检验人员客观准确地对制动试验结果进行评判,通过对GB7588—2003 《电梯制造与安装安全规范》和TSG T7001—2009 《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则——曳引与强制驱动电梯》的理解和分析,综合考虑安全钳、缓冲器、制动器以及轿厢意外移动保护装置的安全技术要求,针对额定速度不超过3.5m/s的曳引驱动电梯,通过对各项技术安全要求进行分析和计算,提出了对TSG T7001—2009新增的制动试验检验结果的量化评判。 In this paper,aquantitative evaluation for lift brake test was proposed,which was based on GB 7588—2003 Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of Lifts and TSG T7001—2009 Regulation for Lift Supervisory Inspection and Periodical Inspection—Traction and Positive Lift,to help the lift inspectors to evaluate the braking test results objectively and accurately.The evaluation is mainly for the lifts whose rated speed is no more than 3.5 m/s,which has considered the safety technology requirements for safety tongs,bumpers,brakes and unintended car movement protection(UCMP)devices.
