摘要
通过对平江路整治公司和居委会的访谈、商户调查、典型家庭结构性访谈,三个逐步推进的调查步骤,探讨旅游开发对苏州平江路历史街区原住民居住、经营、公共生活三方面的影响。研究表明历史街区中参与商业经营的原住民可以分为三种类型:维持生计型、文化经营型和出租经营型。旅游开发对于原有经济基础较好的原住民家庭具有正面促进作用,但同时对原有经济弱势家庭生活产生负面影响。
Based on three stages research which were unstructured interview of Pingjiang management company and neighborhood committees, questionnaire survey of vendors and structural interview of typical native families, we discuss the the impact of tourism development on natives in Pingjiang historic district of Soochow, from three aspects including living,business and public activities. Result reveals that native families who participate in business in historical blocks can be divided into three types： living type, culture type and renting type. Tourism development promotes richer native families. But at the same time,it reduces the quality of life of poorer native families.
