摘要
综述了乙二醇和1,2-丁二醇混合物精馏分离技术的进展,主要针对生物质化工醇分离路线,对各种精馏分离工艺进行了介绍和归纳,包括普通精馏、共沸精馏、反应精馏、萃取精馏以及它们的相互结合。探讨了各种分离方案的工艺特点、适用条件和分离效果,为各种工况下分离方案的确定和实施提供依据。
The technical progress in separating ethylene glycol and 1,2-butanediol from their mixture by distillation method is reviewed. In the light of separating biomass chemical alcohols,several distillation separation processes are mainly introduced and summarized,such as common distillation,azeotropic distillation,reactive distillation,extractive distillation and their combination method.The technological characters,applying conditions and separation effects of these processes are discussed from the viewpoint of applications,which provides a basis for the determination and implementation of separation scheme under different conditions.
