甲酸乙酯-乙醇二元体系等压汽液相平衡研究 被引量:3

Study on isobaric VLE for the binary system of ethyl formate-ethanol

摘要 利用改进的Rose釜,测定了95.8kPa下甲酸乙酯-乙醇二元体系的汽液相平衡数据.用面积检验法对所测得的实验数据进行了热力学一致性检验.采用Wilson模型和NRTL模型进行了关联,得到了相应的模型参数、温度偏差和汽相组成偏差.关联结果表明,2种模型均能较好地关联实验数据,为甲酸乙酯-乙醇体系的分离提供了可靠的实验数据. Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the ethyl formate-ethanol binary system were measured at 95.8 kPa with a modified Rose still.The area test method were used to examine the thermodynamic consistency of the experimental data.Wilson and NRTL models were used for correlating and estimating the measured binary data.The corresponding model parameters,temperature deviation and vapor phase composition deviation were acquired.The correlation results show that both models agreed well with the experimental data,which provided a reliable experimental data for the sepration of this binary system.
