壮药八味龙钻颗粒中4种有效成分的HPLC法测定 被引量:3

Determination of Four Active Ingredients in Bawei Longzuan Granules by HPLC

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定壮药八味龙钻颗粒中的青藤碱、木兰花碱、橙皮苷和毛两面针素。采用Capcell PAK C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈∶0.2%磷酸,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm。青藤碱、木兰花碱、橙皮苷和毛两面针素分别在34.4~172.0、30.4~152.0、18.4~92.0和26.0~130.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为96.49%、103.44%、98.80%和99.02%,RSD分别为2.27%、1.48%、3.58%和2.61%。该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于八味龙钻颗粒中4种有效成分的含量测定,并为其质量控制提供参考。 An HPLC method was established for the determination of four active ingredients, sinomenine, magnoflorine, hesperidin, and toddalolactone in Bawei Longzuan granules, a Zhuang folk medicine. A Capcell PAK C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile : 0.2% phosphoric acid by gradient elution, at the detection wavelength of 230 nm. The calibration curves of sinomenine, magnoflorine, hesperidin, and toddalolactone were linear in the ranges of 34.4-172.0, 30.4-152.0, 18.4-92.0, and 26.0-130.0 μg/ml, respectively. Their recoveries were 96.49%, 103.44%, 98.80% and 99.02%, with RSDs of 2.27%, 1.48%, 3.58%0and 2.61%, respectively. The developed HPLC method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of the four compounds in Bawei Longzuan granules. The results indicated that the established method was simple, accurate and reproducible for the determination of the tour active ingredients, and it could be a promising method for the quality control of Bawei Longzuan granules.
