摘要
目的研究青风藤中生物碱类成分。方法青风藤干燥藤茎用95%乙醇溶液加热回流提取,减压回收乙醇,所得浸膏利用硅胶柱色谱、反相Rp-18柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离、纯化,通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、EI-MS及理化常数对分离化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从青风藤提取物中分离得到6个生物碱类成分,分别鉴定为巴马亭(Ⅰ)、表小檗碱(Ⅱ)、8-demethoxyrunanine(Ⅲ)、碎叶紫堇碱(IV)、telitoxine(V)、去氢碎叶紫堇碱(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、ⅢⅤ、Ⅵ为首次从青风藤中分离得到。
Objective To study the alkaloids of Sinomenium acutum.Methods The dried stems of Sinomenium acutum were extracted with 95% ethanol and the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation to give an extract.Column chromatograghy on Silica gel,Rp-18,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization were applied for the isolation and purification of the constituents.The structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Six alkaloids were obtained and identified as palmatine(Ⅰ),epiberberine(Ⅱ),8-demethoxyrunanine(Ⅲ),(±)-cheilanthifoline(Ⅳ),telitoxine(Ⅴ),dehydrocheilanthifoline(Ⅵ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ were isolated from sinomenium acutum for the first time.
