摘要
"饮食与健康"是在大学生中普及食品营养学知识、了解食物与疾病关系、树立正确饮食习惯的重要平台。由于课程内容专业性强、学科交叉多,如何为非专业学生上好该门课成为教学的一道难题。该课程结合我校本科精英教育改革,大力优化教学内容,综合应用多种教学方法,实行专题教学,并建立灵活的教学评价体系。通过改革创新,充分调动学生的学习主动性和积极性,学生的思辨能力、研究能力和创新能力得到有效提高,教学效果显著提升。
The course of "diet and health" is an important platform for the popularization of food nutrition and the relationship between food and disease, and establishment of favorable diet habit among the undergraduates. Due to the strong professional and multidisciplinary, it is a difficult problem for most teachers to execute the class for the non-professional students. In order to cooperate with the reformation of elite education for undergraduates in our university, the current course tried to optimize the teaching program and improve the teaching skills and evaluation methods. Through the creative reformation, the students' initiative and enthusiasm have improved effectively. The ability of thinking, study and innovation of the student have also improved. This teaching reformation has effectively achieved the goal of improving the teaching quality.
