阐述了澳洲坚果的营养价值、国内外的种植面积和产量、价格以及进出口贸易现状,介绍了国内外澳洲坚果加工和副产物利用现状,根据澳洲坚果产业发展现状总结其存在的问题,并提出了今后澳洲坚果产业的发展趋势。
Provide an overview of current development situation for macadamia nut industry, including nutrition value, domestic and international planting area, production, market price, import and export trade. Domestic and international processing and by-products utilization status were introduced. The existing problems were summarized and the development trends were put forward, according to the current development of macadamia nut industry.
