摘要
分析了国内外关于大学生就业能力培养研究现状,以高职院校学生就业能力培养为研究问题。选取广西政法管理干部学院进行个案研究,通过数据分析、问题总结,针对性地提出提升高职院校就业能力培养的策略。
This paper analyzes the domestic and toreign research about college students＇ employability training and makes study on the issue of vocational college students＇ employability training. This paper selects Gangxi Institute of Political Science and Law as the study case and, through data analysis and problem summary, puts torward some strategies to improve vocational colleges＇ employability training.
