摘要
在新常态下,绍兴纺织产业面临转型升级的巨大挑战,人力成本的上升,发展要素的约束,新兴产业的挑战,环境规制的制约等等,使纺织产业成为让绍兴人犹疑的产业,如何升级是绍兴发展中不可回避的问题。生态现代化理论始终将生态环境作为现代化的一个重要变量和重要内容,将经济增长和生态环境的发展紧密地结合起来,确立科学的生态价值观和现代化发展理念,其主旨是追求绿色GDP,营造绿色文化。本文梳理了柯桥区印染产业的发展历程,在绿色发展背景下,绍兴纺织产业中的柯桥区印染产业坚持绿色高端、世界领先的顶层设计发展理念,形成了清晰的倒逼机制,在实践中走出了自己的升级路径。
Under the new normal state, Shaoxing textile industry is confronted with huge challenges of trans-formation and upgrading such as rising manpower costs, constraints of development factors, challenges from emerging industries, and constraints in environmental regulations, making the textile industry an industry that Shaoxing people are hesitant about. How to upgrade is an unavoidable problem in the development of Shaoxing. The theory of ecological modernization always regards the ecological environment as an important variable and content of modernization, closely integrating economic growth with the development of the ecological environment, and establishing scientific ecological values and modern development concepts. Its main purpose is to pursue green GDP, hence a green culture. This article combs the development course of the printing and dyeing industry in Keqiao district. Against the backdrop of green development, the printing and dyeing industry in Keqiao district in Shaoxing textile industry adheres to the concept of green high-end and worM-leading top-level design and development, and forms a clear reversal mechanism. In practice a unique upgrade path has been under way.
