摘要
尾矿库是各类金属非金属矿山开采工程中选矿的重要组成部分,属于重大危险源,是矿山开发最重要的生态环境保护工程之一,所以在建设前期、运行期和后期维护实现全过程管理,做到选址勘察、设计施工、运行使用和后期闭库满足国家相关的法律法规和标准,落实各项环保政策,生态保护措施、设施和安全风险工程建设好、使用好,尾矿库安全、平稳运行,保护库区周边大气、地下水和土壤环境,保障库区下游村民生命和财产安全。本文详细介绍研山尾矿库从前期建设到运行期的生态环境管理,阐述了本企业对尾矿库生态环境建设工作的重视,落实企业保护库区生态环境和社会责任。
The tailings pond is an important part of mineral processing in various metal non-metallic mine mining projects. It is a major hazard source and one of the most important ecological environmental protection projects for mine development. Therefore, it is realized in the pre-construction, operation and post-maintenance. Through the whole process management, the site selection survey, design and construction, operation and use and late closure will meet the relevant national laws, regulations and standards, implement various environmental protection policies, and the ecological protection measures, facilities and safety risks will be well constructed and used. The mine is safe and stable, protecting the atmosphere, groundwater and soil environment around the reservoir area, and ensuring the safety of the lives and property of the villagers downstream of the reservoir area. This paper introduces in detail the ecological environment management of the Yanshan tailings reservoir from the pre-construction to the operation period, expounds the importance attached by the enterprise to the ecological environment construction of the tailings pond, and implements the ecological environment and social responsibility of the enterprise protection reservoir area.
