摘要
介绍了我国尾矿库的现状,阐述了我国尾矿库现存的选址不合理、环保措施不到位、环境管理制度不完善、法律法规体系不健全、部门联动机制需加强等主要环境问题,提出了严把尾矿库选址关、完善全过程环境管理、推进尾矿库环境影响后评价、健全环保法律法规、明确尾矿库环境监管责任等对策建议。
The current status of management of tailings reservoir in China was presented.The major management problems were identified covering unsuitable sites,inadequate environmental measures,incomplete environmental management rules,lack of cooperation between different administration divisions,and so on.Countermeasures to a-bove problems were put forward accordingly.
