摘要
建筑物资库存管理作为工程项目的重要组成部分,对物料形成严格管控对项目盈利起着关键性作用,而每个工程项目物料庞大的数据量,成为管理的难点。在分析BIM技术的基本内涵与传统建筑物料管理缺点的基础上,从项目管理组织、管理工具、管理流程以及应用价值上对BIM技术应用于建筑物资库存进行了分析,得到依托于BIM技术的物料数据库,将实现物料的精细化管理,做到建筑物料在成本、质量与进度上的高效管控。
As an important part of the project, building inventory management plays a key role in the profitability of the project, but the huge amount of data for project material has become a difficulty in management. On the basis of analyzing the basic connotation of BIM technology and the shortcomings of traditional building materials management, the application of BIM technology in building materials inventory is analyzed from the aspects of project management organization, management tools, management process and application value. The conclusion shows that the material database based on BIM technology will achieve the refined management of materials and achieve efficient control of construction materials in terms of cost, quality and progress.
