摘要
蔓荆子是单叶蔓荆(Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham.)或蔓荆(Vitex trifolia L.)的干燥成熟果实。始载于《神农本草经》,是传统的辛凉解表中药,并列为上品,具有疏散风热,清利头目之功效,是风热感冒较常用中药。本文就蔓荆子及炮制品的历代本草、炮制沿革和现代研究进行了综述,为蔓荆子的现代化研究提供了参考依据。
Fructus viticis as simple Vitex trifolia or Vitex trifolia dry ripe fruit.Beginning in Shennong book of materia medica as a top grade,is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.All editions of Chinese pharmacopoeia are accepted.It has the effect of removing wind heat and removing head. In this paper,historical records of ancient books,processing history and modern research on Fructus viticis and its processed products were reviewed.
