摘要
高职实验管理队伍的建设直接影响着高职院校实验教学秩序、教学效果和整体教学质量的提高。文章在分析我国目前高职院校实验队伍的现状和存在问题的基础上,根据高职院校的办学特点提出高职院校实验管理队伍建设的基本策略。
Strengthening the administrative ranks in the higher vocational and technical colleges directly influ-ences the improvement in teaching sequence,the teaching effects,and the total teaching quality. This article points out the present situation and problems and gives some basic tactics according to the characteristics of running a col-lege.
