摘要
21世纪的企业是“以人为本”的企业,“以人为本”,最主要的就是人力资本。文章从人力资本的内涵和特征出发,探讨了人力资本的激励与约束问题,强调激励与约束机制要相互促进。
The 21st century's enterprises are on the basis of a person. Its core is the capital of the manpower. The essay researches on the stimulation and restriction of the capital of the manpower through his connotation and the feature. At the same time, the essay emphasizes their mutual promotion.
