摘要
本文从市场需求的视角对青少年足球培训市场的从业者、现状和问题等进行分析,发现青少年足球培训市场存在市场门槛低、把足球兴趣班和青训混为一谈、不分级别的青少年足球赛事、不健全的教练员培训市场、盲目沿用国外的足球训练方法等问题,并提出了相应的发展策略,以促进青少年足球培训市场的健康发展。
From the perspective of market demand, this paper analyzes the practitioners, current situation and problems of the youth football training market and finds that there are some problems in the market, such as the low entrance barrier, mixing football interest classes and youth training, youth football matches regardless of grades, imperfect coach training market, and blindly introducing foreign football training methods. The paper also puts forward the corresponding development strategies to promote the healthy development of the youth football training market.
