摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对我国青少年足球训练体制予以深入分析。得出我国青少年足球培养的渠道单一、忽视大众足球的发展和青少年足球人才的流动性较差等是诱发我国青少年足球训练工作低下的主要原因。提出发展学校足球、加强青少年运动员的文化素质和职业素养等对策,以建立适合我国国情的青少年足球训练制度,希冀为我国足球的发展献计献策。
By the methods of documentation and logical analysis,the author has made a profound analysis of Chinese Youth Football Training System.Then the author has concluded the main reasons for the low efficiency of the training are as follows：a single channel of training,ignoring the development of the public football and lack of the liquidity of young talents.According to these situations,the author puts forward some suggestions,which mean that we should broaden the development of football schools to enhance young people;strengthen the players＇ cultural level and professional occupational attainment.All will be done to establish conditions for our youth football training system,the author hopes to offer the advice on the development of football to make our football stronger.
