摘要
本文以清代中俄两国之间往来文书为研究对象,通过对清宫档案及相关文献的研究,从拉丁文翻译人员和俄文翻译人员来源看,表明当时的翻译人员呈现出多样性和随意性,探研清政府对外交文书翻译工作从最初不重视到逐步改进与加强的过程。
The article does research on the diplomatic documents between China and Russia in the Qing dynasty, and mainly studies the translation work of it. Through the research of archives of the Qing dynasty ,related literature and the sources of the Latin translators and Russian translators ,this paper indi- cates that the translators at that time have the characteristics of diversity and randomness, and then studies the Qing government＇s attitude towards the translation work of diplomatic documents, which changed from indifference at the beginning to improving and reinforcing the translation work gradually. The article intends to reconstruct the translation work of diplomatic documents from the perspective of archival science.
