摘要
数字化是开关电源的一个重要发展方向。数字控制相对于模拟控制具有可靠性高、灵活性强、环境敏感度低,受温度、器件老化的影响小,可以实现复杂算法,智能化程度高等优点。LLC谐振变换器采用PFM控制方式,可以实现原边开关管ZVS,副边开关管ZCS,从而显著降低开关损耗,提升电源效率,是目前采用比较多的电路拓扑。文中提出一种基于STM32的数字控制LLC电源,介绍了电源系统组成、单片机外设资源配置和控制算法,并在一台3 kW的实验样机上进行了验证。
Digitalization is an important development direction of switching mode power supply.Compared with analog control,digital control has the advantages of high reliability,strong flexibility,low environmental sensitivity,little influence of temperature and device aging,complex algorithm and high intelligence.LLC resonant converter adopts PFM control mode,can realize the original side switch ZVS,the secondary side switch ZCS,thereby significantly reducing switching losses,improve power efficiency.It is currently using more circuit topology.A digital control LLC power supply based on STM32 was presented in this paper.The composition of the power supply system,the allocation of peripheral resources and the control algorithm of the single-chip microcomputer were introduced.It was verified on a 3 kW experimental prototype.
