摘要
目前,分布式电源正逐渐成为一种重要的供电电源。在分布式电源中,LLC谐振电路是一种较为理想的拓扑,但目前其控制方式多以模拟控制为主,且谐振参数的选取过程复杂,不清晰。因此,本文在对谐振变换器进行损耗分析和稳态分析的基础上,对谐振槽参数进行设计,同时选取数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制单元,提出了一种数字化控制的方案。该方案简化了控制电路,减小了电源的体积,提高了电源效率。最后本文研制了一台输入电压为350~400V,输出电压为24V,输出功率为240W的原理样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性以及数字控制方案的可行性。
At present,the distributed power supply is becoming an important kind of power supply.In the distributed power supply,LLC resonant circuit is a kind of ideal topology,But at present,a lot of LLC resonant converter is given priority to analog control,and the design of the resonant parameters is complex and not clear.Therefore,this paper optimizes the resonant parameters,based on the loss analysis and steady-state analysis.At the same time,this paper also select the digital signal processor(DSP)as the control unit,proposing a kind of digital control scheme.This schemenoy only simplified the control circuit,but also reduced the volume of power supply,and improved the efficiency of the power supply.At last,a prototype system is developed with input voltage 300-400V,output voltage 24V,output power 240W,the experimental result verified the validity of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the digital control.
