摘要
随着自适应控制系统的不断发展和完善,近年来其广泛应用于国内各大汽车制造企业,并为汽车焊点质量提供了有效和可靠的保障。文中主要概述了自适应控制系统和动态电阻自适应控制技术,介绍了博士力士乐、那电及商科自适应控制系统的工作原理及其在汽车点焊中应用现状,分析了动态电阻自适应控制技术的发展趋势。根据汽车机器人自动生产线和手工生产线的生产特性,综合分析了不同自适应控制系统在汽车点焊中的优势与不足。
With the constant development and improvement of the adaptive control systems,it had been widely used in major automobile manufacturing industries in China in recent years and had provided effective and reliable protection for the quality of welding spot of automobile.The adaptive control system and dynamic resistance adaptive control technology were summarized in the paper,and the operating principle of Bosch Rexroth,NADEX,SUNKE adaptive control systems and the application status of different adaptive control systems in the spot welding of automobile were introduced.And the dynamic resistance adaptive control technology trends were analyzed.With the comprehensive comparison of the production characteristics of auto robot automatic production station and manual production station,the strengths and weaknesses of different adaptive control systems in spot welding of automobile were analyzed synthetically.
